I broke down, had to betowed in. The mechanics came outside to help get the truck in. They started working on it before I was done with the wrecker driver. Very pleased, fast and friendly service!
Not sure what HAMMER777777 is talking about the staff their is and always been pleasent and helpful, my car is always fixed properly, I enjoy the relaxing waiting room and the fresh coffee and internet... sure it might take a couple extra minutes to have a oil change done but they check my car over and make sure its right..you do not get the 10 minute out the door do not care if you car breaks down attitude.. to me its worth the few extra minutes to have it done right and when the "quick lube mechanics" mess up your car are they going to fix it... there is a reason why they work in a quick lube.. I have been a loyal customer for years to Family Ford and I never leave feedback but when I needed to get phone number and I read this I felt I needed to let the people know its far from the truth just check them out and you will see.. after all with a name like HAMMER77777 is sure seems like we know what he is going to write.. thanks family ford for all you have done for me and my family over the years KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK and do not let people like this get you down. :)
