Very tight exit, as they use the exit lane to store charcoal and other products. It's ideal for picking up everyday items, for a better selection use Shoprite of Succasunna.
In the over 20 years that I have lived in Netcong I have been waiting for them to improve this ShopRite. Thankful I'm not holding my breath because there have been no changes regardless of the numbers of times that there has been talk about it. The bagels and hard rolls are never fresh. They would be better off not carrying them at all. It's convenient to have a grocery store in walking distance, but it would be so much better if they would make some improvements.
Ethnic food section is a joke, it pretty much consists of La Choy , Goya & Old El Paso'.
This must be a shoprite from the 1940. Small small store. And has a smell to it. It's needs a big update..... It's behind it's times. Good for milk and bread. That's it
Friendly and helpful staff, but please teach them how to bag groceries!
Small in size and varity compared to larger/super stores. However, local and easy to gET in and out. Friendly, helpful staff. More like the old time grocery store but had liquor and pharmacy departments.
Cashiers are HORRIBLE at bagging groceries. Just because a bag can fit 5 cartons of orange juice, doesn't mean you should put them all in one! If you cannot teach your cashiers to bag properly then open a self-checkout with NO MAXIMUM! TERRIBLE, AWFUL, #ITSNOTROCKETSCIENCE
